OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread (Pt2)

Maybe you have had a bad experience, but i've only had great feedback from friends about OW, so ye thanks for your input, but I will be the judge on what is good and what is bad

Openweb loves ppl like you, they take your money with open arms and then provide with the most poor service they can possibly give you, but go ahead dont let my opinion stop you or anyone on this forum/thread for that matter.

I phoned support yesterday with a query and am still waiting for a reply. I also requested for assistance via the website as it was after hours - have heard nothing from support. How long must one wait? Are you guys busier than usual or what?

All sorted now, Openweb is awesome and I will continue to recommend it. Ive had one or two small issues before but other than that its being rock solid.
Don't want to have to say goodbye to my isp :)

On a brighter note, my usage on my main uncapped account is 250GB with Steam updates, Netflix, p2p, streaming Katowice and I've been using this username for nearly 4 months. Pretty damn happy right now even with an intermittent sync.

Is the network congested at the moment? Or are you guys shaping Twitch? Because I am not able to stream anything on twitch at the moment, but youtube videos and other websites are loading just fine.
 
Streaming is dead tonight, any known issues?

My issues are now authentication, and its getting worse.

When I get this I just leave my modem off for 1 minute and it usually fixes it. My Netgear doesn't like Openweb too much, but my Dlink connects flawlessly.
