OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread (Pt2)

Logged into my clientzone, this morning, and noted that the account details shown do not reflect the account name given to me to use. Of course it's the original account I was first issued, and have since been bounced around many-a-time since. Surely if they had allocated myself a NEW account, it would reflect on their system?
 
My question is

If an employee made the error of assigning 3 users the same account, and the users only found out when one contacted OW. That means account are able to hold more than 1 concurrent connection at a time, without the ISPs knowledge...

Nope, client panel is 100% static. Details are typed in by employees as explained by Leon. Unless you tell them to update it, it won't happen...
