Guys, you can't simply SWITCH. You can however add it as another package on your account. Problem is that you will have to pay for BOTH accounts for the month.

You can add it as an additional package and cancel the Gold account.

You make it sound so easy, I can't find any way to cancel the account. And I've seen a lot of complaints that they have a month notice period, so by the time the gold account is cancelled the special will be long gone

You pay for BOTH accounts for 1 month because of the calendar month notice

To cancel your current package, make a support ticket with the billing dept.

Remember friends. If it were so easy to simply upgrade your accounts whenever a new/better special comes out those 300 limited accounts would go WAAAY to quickly and no new customers could have some fun too :)

Hi FreddyB,

We allow for upgrades to an account, but not downgrades to it.

You may email [email protected] for assistance

It all depends on which version of account you are on.

Please drop [email protected] an email with your request and we will check and advise for you :)

If I go from 4Mbps Vanilla to 4Mbps Gamers special, will that be an upgrade or downgrade? It costs more than what I am currently paying.

i must be doing somehting wrong here. im just being ignored. should i complain to get some attention here?

In the interest of not having duplicate posts, I quoted one post as your question is similar to that of Kalster.

Kindly email [email protected] so that we can investigate
