Same on my side dropped them a n email, happened Friday as well, account got recreated.Will see what happens today.
OpenWeb itself has not been down since we launched.

Openweb was shockingly slow until an hour ago. Timeouts galore. No issues on alternative accounts...

Okay, what's the deal with the Gamers King (Downloaders Bling) account being the worst of the 2 accounts I've used for gaming? On weekends and at night everything awesome, reaching the account's full potential. On weekdays before about 7ish though... if I just try to play a mmo (tera online or neverwinter) I get a latency of 6000ms! I get that I'm shaped before 7 and stuff, because my account is basically a standard uncapped one then, but making it impossible to game on a calling it a gaming account doesn't make sense. I'm not one to complain, but this is ridiculous.

Shaping should have no effect on latency. My Gamer King account misbehaved similarly a while ago but support sorted it out for me very quickly.
Try email them with the IPs that are in use during your gaming session and they will add them to their list of prioritized IPs. Worked like a charm for my WoW server (Twilight's Hammer - France). I used peerblocker as a monitoring tool and geolocated all the IPs, noting down which ones were in France, and sent them about 6 or 7 IPs. Now I get sub-200ms almost all the time

I have the same problem ,except mine is on PS3. I get half of my line speed ( if I'm lucky) and increased latency on local games during the day. after hours everything returns to normal.

This is the 3rd time now that my account doesn't connect Friday, Sunday, & today. the first 2 times I got a new username & password, today I phoned & got told "they" will call me back I mailed support & now left a reply om Sunday's ticket.
What is causing this to happen? Seems as if the login details vanish as I am supplied with new details every-time. Are we sharing account details with other clients?, as the usage tracker on the login details I've had so far never match what I do(Always WAY MORE than what I do & monitor on my side), another indication might be why Leon @openweb support called me James & clearly on my account my name is not James?!?
MY OW number is OW26099 if that helps.

Pretty dead on my side as well. Can someone using Astra please post what you are getting on 10MB line? I cannot get more than 1MB on NNTP right now.
