Thank you MR Beep !

I will cancel my cancellation ...! My service is running like a boss!

@MrBeep, whats the difference between the gamers king and the current special gold (leon edition). my general usage time is between 17:00 and 22:00 for streaming of netflix, hulu, etc then 22:00 to 06:00 for downloads.

What would you recommend?

If you want day time speeds get a Gold account. They are on special now too.

i dont want day time speeds dammit. not interesting in downloading. i want to utilize other protocols. citrix is the client used to login to my work pc remotely. why on earth should i need a gold account to log into my work pc. citrix is not bandwidth intensive even.

if i need gold to be able to have a useable account during the day then thats just BS.

I am on Gold and I have the same issue with TeamViewer, which is the standard support tool I use. It's practically unusable during office hours, which is when I need to use it.

thats unacceptable. for my current usage i sometimes wonder about the star system. i read horror stories about that but with the mostly after hours downloading (2am -7am) i should be able to maintain 5 stars and have usable internet during the day.

its crazy but i was really disappointed yesterday. still am.

I must say you cant apply that analogy to this industry and he should have offered the client new nuggets and taken the old ones back to reheat for the next nugget order....Work smart .. its called Customer Care for a reason!

MR BEEP

Is it in your opinion worth going from 1Mb gamer king to 2Mb every day? Sorry if its a dumb question, I dont know with the contention, priority and what-not

I have replied to your PM :)

Well, the double speed will kind of balance out the higher contention.

I would prefer not to have ADSL usernames published on this public forum, as this is client sensitive information
