This is pathetic for the service im paying for when are we going to get less shaping and an actual service we are paying for?
Im on 1mb gamers king package. I can barely load google/gmail/youtube or anything. This is unacceptable and i might consider cancelling if this continues in the next two months.
And I get the same on a 10Mbps gamers account. I have had to resort to switching from MTN to IS daily in order to have a similar experience to the product originally sold to me. Even that is failing now with speeds being under 700KB/s yesterday and under 300KB/s before 08:00 this morning.I get that on a 4mb gold account, this level of service is not acceptable and openweb have gone quiet regarding these issues. Fix it or else, you know what the "or else" means im sure
