Yeah, I want to know how much data I have used. So used to being able to see such basic information, I am a bit stumped that OW can't offer such a simple feature.

Wow ok. . . I really didn't think my expectations were that high, alas. I also don't see how wanting to see my usage has anything to do with shaping and throttling policies.

But if you truly don't throttle at all, then I am not really phased.

Again this is why OW is the bestest. However, I'd like to know my usage because I'd like to analyse at some point if going to an capped from uncapped account is feasible. Unshaped OW data is very very attractive proposition. Could I raise a ticket asking for the figure when it's time?

Often your ADSL modem/router keeps track of stats like that. Isn't that a feasible solution to your problem?

i use netlimiter
but what i want is to track it at the router
so i can get total usage not just on the one pc

but i dont really care how much i use,its just nice to know what u used

If your really want to track usage install NetLimiter. It will track day2day, month, years etc.

The point here is OW doesnt not care if you do 1GB or 1TB, which is a good thing

LOL NetLimiter is the bees knees, have tried a few of them types of programs but NetLimiter came out tops. What i love is the ability to limit or even block applications from net access

so it can show bandwith speed in the corner to see what what speed u browser

You can use the IS tracker to monitor your monthly usage? I don't have the details here but I log into that with my OW account and check my stats once in a while.

can I get a clear reply why with my openweb gold account my ping in league of legends is always fluctuating. I get 199-205 constant on afrihost but with openweb I get 205-230 it seems like the account is degraded almost like there is a file being downloaded at the same time( I can confirm this is only the case with my openweb account )

I also have slight ping spikes in local games the last few days from 19-50ms and it isn't related to telkom or my router?

Hi Mr. Beep,

How do these compare to the Silver packages? I am still on the 2 for 1 Silver promo packages which I'm paying R460 for, but it turns out I am not using the second login so I wouldn't mind downgrading if the differences aren't too bad.
