Download Speed: 129 kbps (16.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 247 kbps (30.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 515 ms

Thats on a 2mb gold account. Support call logged
 
Hi Doc Chuckles,

Your high latency shows a potential congested exchange.

To save time, (without having studied your specific account) I suggest you contact Telkom on 10210 and have them test the line and router.

Upload Speed: 377 kbps (47.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 225 ms
 
There are no general issues currently.

There are ALOT of congested exchange issues. This is truly getting out of hand im afraid, and it seems like Telkom simply cannot keep up with the upgrades.

Had that last month. OW provided different login details which also failed. The next day it worked fine again. Hope you get sorted asap...

EDIT: My connections was unusable past half hour or so, returning to normal again now :confused:

International is running faster then local currently, all local sites taking up to 2 minutes to open where international are instant, any issues in Cape Town, Southern suburbs atm?
