Hi unwired,

The major difference is contention ratio. Gold uncapped has a lower contention ratio than Silver. This basically means you are sharing your bandwidth capacity with less people. Overall this enables an improved experience.

Also, as a Gold member, you also get priority on the network.

We have chatted via PM before. I want to cancel DSTV so I need to know that I wont have an hassles with live streaming during tv viewing hours. The WAF is critical here.

Honestly if you dont have to request a new account every couple of days from any other ISP i would say they are doing a good job.

Having to ask for a new account every few days just to get the service you are paying for? GTFO.
