All my NZBs just say 'unable to connect to news.is.co.za:119 socket error # 10061ConnectionRefused'

Mmmmm. Im using same port and none SSL as well. You using Altbinz or Grabbit? Grabbit sometimes throws me that error. I just close it, save batch, open it and it runs fine.

This error indicated that the server you are connecting to has temporarily reached its connection limit.
Or wrong address which i highly doubt.

Looks like it's on IS side. I can be wrong has well :)

Yeah, I'm using grabit. Tried restarting the app, but nothing happens. Just refuses my connection again. Even tried redownloading an NZB I finished last night, but no luck.

In the spirit of good downloadship, I terminated my connection, waited, then reconnected to IS news......no problem. Though speed did drop to that of what it should be, 420kbps or there abouts.

Perhaps not your firewall or AV messing you about?

I see my speed has dropped to around 200kbps sustained. Maybe you should try connect again.

Is there an issue with international? Getting full speed on local speedtest, but 0.1mbs on international speed test

OK, back home now. Seems there was a problem earlier and I can confirm it's definitely been fixed. Happy.

Every monday night 4kb speeds on torrents, if gold account is this crappy I really duno how silver users manage

RTMP stream being murdered again. Never seen this happen so late in the evening before.

Anyone else in the Cape Town area (particularly in the Sunningdale/Parklands area) unable to connect using their openweb accounts? My prepaid WebAfrica account (which I'm currently using) connects first time.

19kbps local, 10kbps International on 4MB Gold Uncapped at 22:00? Come not, that's not even funny chaps....Pathetic! For the price I pay I can get a few 1MB accounts that would be far superior.....

I can get my download done, copied to HDD and shipped to me from overseas for cheaper and, well, obviously faster.....

Is it me or have torrents just died this evening?
Line speed is normal, latency is fine, just torrents are a no go
Even to London speeds and latency are decent. Just the torrents that are showing me the middle finger
