Help me out...you guys re-created my account last week but international is still running extremely slow as you can see below. Local is running fine, but every now and again websites fail to open as everything goes to ****???
Telkom did a port reset and tested the line, but if local is running close to max, I can't see that as the problem.

Surely I must be able to get more than .65Mbps on a 4Mbps line??

Ye, that's not right. Mine is running fine to London on my 10Mbit Gold.

I'm in Cape Town, where you situated? Maybe a regional issue.

Freestate....(I know everything here is supposed to be slower....)
But, seriously though, why would local be fine?
MWeb ran just below 2Mbps and I was on their cases and left about that... ....and this is not just today, been like this since the beginning...2 months now.
