Hi Steven

Please open a support ticket with tracerts and as much details as you can. Also the times you notice this happening so that we can take it up with our network boffs

Just to show you I am not going crazy! I am going to switch to Satan's network again for my sanity this evening. This is the second evening in a row that I have had this issue. On a 1MB Gamers King account. Also please note that my Wireless is turned off and that no P2P clients are running in the background (paused or otherwise). Obviously, no other traffic other than in game is happening right now.

Im on a 2meg gold uncapped , Cant seem to access any .com sites , only local sites. Cant even get on to openweb site. Any reason why?

I had similar issues with GW2 earlier this year. Not sure if it's still ongoing as I stopped playing, but I think it's their servers that are a bit shjte.

Unfortunately not the case here due to MWEB performing flawlessly.

Back on Openweb now, back to normal. MrBeep, I did open a ticket for your boffins :) Hopefully they can resolve this :)

We have decided to control them a bit more, as they were hogging the entire network.

We will unleash them at 17:30.

I would rather have the network overall run better than have only one download run well.

That speedtest says "MTN Business Solutions" as carrier. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think OW uses MTN as DSL backbone.

Sorry, I just noticed that it says your carrier is MTN Business Solutions. Please check that you are logging on to your OpenWeb account. Our network is on Internet Solutions

Thanks, I missed that. Somebody in this house has been screwing around with the router.
 
Hey MrBeep. I just got some wonderful news from bezelbub. They said they are going to put an MSAN where our green box is now, meaning I should be able to get a 40meg VDSL line in the near future.

How long until you guys offer 40meg accounts :D?

MrBEEP, things are a bit slow on my 10mb Gamer King account.. is the network still very busy? YouTube is seriously struggling :(
