Hi MrBeep,

I am now using a backup account, my ADSL line light on router is on but no connection light, could you please investigate.

I will PM my username to you.
 
HI Mr Beep,

I am no back on my OP account, seems like it kicks me off every few hours or so then I go to the backup account then after a few minutes 20 or so the OP account works again.

The network is around 12 times busier than usual due to the Microsoft and other updates released.

We are hoping these will clear by the weekend

Hi there MrBeep - 3rd night in a row with the same problem. Hitting 2500ms in game with the normal looking traceroutes. It seems to calm down at about 10PM when I switch back though.

Again, I have to use my still active MWEB account.

Even if the network is busy from Microsoft updates, gaming is prioritised 24/7 on the Gamer's King account, which is why I purchased it. It's no good if my latency is so high during peak times that I have to switch accounts out. Also, why don't my tickets show up in the Client Panel?

Anyone else experiencing really slow p2p speeds after hours? I've only recently started noticing this and was wondering if i'm the only one? :confused:

Currently using 2Mbps Gamers King Uncapped

Same issue on my gamers account. I've been through 3 different usernames and multiple port resets. Exchange is not congested either, so kinda gave up on it.

The Western Cape area is currently experiencing high demand as explained earlier, thus shaping will be in effect. It generally quietens down after around 22:00. We believe things should start normalizing again during the course of next week.
