How is your uncapped downloads tonight?

I don't even get 2mb on 4mb gamer account, FNB account 8mb though

Can you please explain why this is happening? Seems a lot of people have been affected by this.
 
The WD Live isnt true 720p, that is why it plays fine. Your PC and XBOX struggle since it tries to get a better quality stream that your 4Mb line cannot provide.

NetFlix has an option to force your account to only get SD content, so it wont try to get better and stutter. It's under your account options when you log in on their website

I'm not sure where you're getting your information from regarding what you're considering to be 'true' 720p quality, but the WD TV Live's 720p is most certainly 720p. Yes, different types of compression can cause some 720p streams to look 'better' than other 720p streams, but Netflix on the WD TV Live is most definitely 720p or even 1080p when it says it is. The main point, however, is that the WD TV Live's HD quality blows the Xbox / PC's quality out of the water. Also, I never mentioned that it 'stuttered' on the Xbox or PC. It merely maxes out at 1mb / 1.5mb, or 'SD' quality.

I hear the Roku 3 is pretty good as well, but I have no experience to comment on that matter :)
 
There is no general issue causing this.

It usually happens at the moment end cross over for various different reasons.

6 x people were affected this month by a cross over script problem. We resolved that within 3 hours.
A few people were affected due to port issue
A few people had to be assigned different routing
There were quite a few people who did not pay on time
etc etc

What makes it more evident at month end / month beginning is the sheer volume of new folks signing up, and billing taking place

Can you please explain why this is happening? Seems a lot of people have been affected by this.

Is there a new iOS update out or something? Internet is noticeably slower than it usually is.

i hope not. must roll back so i can catch the next wave. isnt app store updates shaped during the day though? android and ios.

I had something similar- I had to be given new account details for it to work :(

Hoping it doesn't happen again. Other providers' account details are static- only OW has had me changing details every few months...
 
Just PM'ed @MrBEEP and mailed support, internet is useless once again. 0.25mb on 4mb account.

Been a downward curve since joining, I hope they can sort this out, as when it works, this account is awesome

Exactly my problem. Are you on the Gamer King 4mb account?
