Considering Monday, checkadsl reported my line sync'ing at 2mb as apposed to 4mb as of this morning :) - Of course I checked my router ^_^

Yes i agree, i complain alot about speed problems :) but they always help me out and fix it quickly
 
Been upgraded to 4mbps :)

Now waiting for Openweb to come up with a new product to match it, even a 1mb during the day and 4mb after hours would be great
 
Also, how do we access the free wifi on AlwaysOn, I cannot see the option for Openweb in the landing page when connected to the AlwaysOn network
 
Choose the Internet Solutions option and use your OW logins you use on your modem to access it.

Telkom exchange right there. See hop 2 - that should be ~ 7ms
 
i am not gonna phone them now,gonna see maby it gets better later gonna do another on at 7:30

hope they are upgrading it so they can get done and let it be more stable :)
and just maby let it support 10mbps :D

Could anybody sheet some light.
If I look at others they never had "Request time out"
I have noticed this after upgrade. Problem or not.

Your Avast Antivirus Firewall is causing that. Try disable it for 10 minutes

my speed tests show that im running at good speed... DL 2047kbps and UL 421kbps and ping 56ms... but my torrent downloads are crap... 20kbps max... what could be there problem? Telkom recently upgraded me from a 2mb to 4 mb line, synced at 4mb... I got the gold uncapped 2mb from OW(waiting to see if they got any new plans out)..

any help? :whistle:

I'm using BitDefender. Was using Avast last year.

Did disable Firewall got now results.

Torrents also bad for me. Its probably just shaping - just wait it out, 7pm is only 18min away :D
