does it run fine on your cap account?
I have heard that resetting your modem and then re-entering your Openweb details sometimes does the trick.Line runs fine across 2 capped accounts.
I PM'd MrBeep, hoping for some solution.

Hey All
Just a test for anyone struggling with speeds intermittently. Now this may have no impact in your particular case, but it is worth a try.
I did this and it seems ( at least for now ), to have made a difference for me.
If you use Unotelly to stream Netflix or Hulu etc. You need to use a particular DNS service ( Dynamo ) as we all know. If you have set this DNS IP on your router, this gets used automatically when your pc/laptop/mobile device connects via your router's Wifi/Ethernet connection.
Now, what I have done is just to manually override my DNS settings on the router by manually entering the Google DNS server ( 8.8.8.8 ) and then trying whichever service was previously slow. This seems to have made a difference for me.
Now I know it is just a DNS entry which doesn't make sense, but if you think about it, Unotelly spoofs an international IP so that for particular services - your pc appears to be in a different location ( USA, UK or wherever )..
So....
Try that and see if it helps at all.
Cheers !
Not sure how this would work though. If you need to use Unotelly's DNS to be able to connect to the service in the first place, then entering Google's DNS won't change that. Your PC can't run through two DNS servers, can it? You should still be running through the Unotelly DNS, otherwise you won't be able to use Hulu or BBC iPlayer.Hey All

Have you guys seen Afri's prices? Thoughts?
Regardless of their prices, their policies are rather stringent. Their shaping isn't relegated to peak hours unlike OpenWeb. I would rather pay more here with OpenWeb.
