Just got OW this weekend and I have to say WOW :wtf: miles apart from my previous ISP

Same here torrents going at 20KB/s
 
Woke up this morning to no Internet.

Router logs in fine but traffic is not being routed past PPP/OE interface.

Tried phoning support but only got an answering machine.

Not an auspicious start to 2014.

I had emailed your customer service people multiple times during December and paid how they wanted (and sent through my proof of payment) about restarting my account again and now I came back home on the first with no internet? What happened that they couldn't activate an account that's been paid for?

Came home from a brief New Year's Eve holiday to find my account is no longer connecting :(. Tried my Web Africa test account and it logged in fine and I was able to use the Internet. Go back to my OpenWeb account and I am unable to get login.
 
Kindly PM me the ticket number you received when you emailed [email protected] so that I can investigate
