Right now it is maxing out my home line

Mr. Beep, my OW account just died about 5 minutes ago I mean it doesn't authenticate anymore. Now I'm using my Afrihost free 1gb account now.

What is going on at openweb ? They have worse service delivery then telkom !! I have been trying to get answers to my slow internet access now for more then 2 weeks and still haven't heard a word from openweb ! Phoning them doesn't seem to work , messaging them doesn't work . So how does one get service from them ?

erratic today... my ping on BF4 is all over the place, and my downloads seem to be running at ~200kbps on a 4mb line...

same here... so I signed up for a trial mweb account to test if it was the account. similar behaviour...

My router stats look fine :
Downstream Upstream
SNR Margin (dB): 30.3 27.0
Attenuation (dB): 11.0 6.0

so i'm guessing exchange issues?
