Just to recap, you are posting here in order to reproduce negative sentiments made by legitimate OpenWeb clients?

To confirm, you will not be providing me with your ADSL username, but will continue posting negative sentiments about OpenWeb?

im raising the same issues others raise. just like others i have terrible daytime speeds to. and i disagree with advertising and charging more for premium products with big promises abt priority and low contention which gets outperformed by cheaper products during day. there is no consistensy and ppl arent getting what is advertised.

Maybe if you learn to use proper grammar, people make take you seriously, is it so hard to start a sentence with a capital letter like you are supposed to? Also if you moan and don't accept help, then why moan to begin with?
 
Because if you do not, no-one here will take you seriously. Right now you are sounding like a disgruntled x client or you are working for another ISP.

May the force be with the ISP you work for, as you cannot spell, or construct a meaningful sentence together.

Agreed. If I were MrBEEP, I simply wouldn't respond to him just because he can't use proper grammar. I had a good chuckle at this "if the issue is reported quiet a lot here..." :D

Maybe if you use correct spelling (or even the correct words), people may take you seriously. But surely nobody gives a crap about this nonsense.

Can we please talk about Openweb's ADSL? :wtf:?

I feel capd's pain- the cloak and dagger PM stuff doesn't provide the rest of the users any answers. They're doing themselves no favours with the rubbish attitude and grammar, but their point is valid.

That's the way OW want it though, and it seems to work, for the most part.

I've given up on the 'expose' approach and now just settle for the quiet, behind the scenes PM resolution of any of my problems. Which, to be fair, works. It's just that there's no transparency for us more technically minded people to learn from and perhaps use to troubleshoot our own problems.
 
I don't as I am convinced he is not a customer, but only here to make life hard and impossible for the rest of us, and to make OW seem poop, when infact they are the best ISP i've been with.

But enough of me and my thoughts, I'm getting hot, it's humid and I all I want to go do is have a beverage of some sorts, and get my behind in a pool

Openweb sincerely is the best ISP I have ever used. Believe me, I have been around the block.

There is always someone around the corner to try and destroy our ISPs'. Look at poor AH. And I know they too are a great ISP.

Openweb will always have my vote!

Yeah. Constructive criticism and legitimate problems need to be addressed, but clearly some people have too much time on their hands...
