It is very difficult to assist if the only identification I have on a problem is the word of an anonymous nickname on a public forum, complaining about OpenWeb and other ISP's at the same time.

It's basically incorrect to say that I've been trolling. What I've been doing is beneficial for Openweb. in fact i'm helping Openweb to grow into one of the best ISPs by making sure that I'm the last client that they screwed up so hard. that is not trolling. I'm pretty sure that Mr. Beep's now motivated to do his best to help his clients. I will never stop whining. I'm a consumerist![/QUOTE]
