So what days of the week does the cancellations department actually work.. sent an email yesterday and follow up today - got an automated response but nothing more :)

No problems with OW btw just moving over to an account from a client of mine so no longer needed.
 
Can anyone tell me the differences between the Gamers Delight package and the Silver Package promo? I e-mailed OW to ask and Leoni is now asking for my ADSL username, i don't see how that is necessary just to give me an idea of how the packages compare, what are the benefits and all that.

Any help?

Silver Uncapped has a lower contention ratio than the Gamers Delight, which will allow for a better overall experience :)

When we try and load your debit order, it states Invalid Account Number. Please PM me the correct details so that we can process it.

Signed up on silver uncapped promotion, no response from OW? MrBeep, sent you a PM, also no response from you? I'm sure this doesn't take longer than a day?
 
Slow Speed

Hey guys.

Been having great speed with my current account over the last few months.

However these last three days (waited to see if problem persisted) my speed has dropped significantly, to the point where I can barely access my Gmail account, Youtube or any other site really.

Also I almost never really download files, but yesterday when I needed to download a mere 30mb file, my dl speed was (shaped) 0.1kb/s. That just seems insane.

Is anyone else seeing a drop in their speeds theses past few days, or is the problem with my account.

This is not normal. We will NEVER shape to that level.

MrBeep, Nobody has e-mailed or contacted me??? What are you talking about??? have you guys got your customers mixed up?? I have been waiting ALL day!!! And I have replied to your PM!! Com'on, man!!

And MrBEEP says that my debit order didnt go thru and they emailed me! Absolute Crap! Nothing in my emails from OW?? Getting other e-mail, so my e-mail is working fine! Also, I got the "Welcome to the Openweb Family" e-mail, so they have the correct address?? They already make me nervous.... maybe I should bail out at this point!!??
 
I have double checked, you were emailed three time in total now.

@vodamail is not delivering the emails from our ticketing system.

I have asked an agent to give you a ring.

I recently changed to the silver uncapped package but why hasn't it appeared in the Openweb client login?
 
My internet connectivity is down on my IS account. Currently posting this from a capped Telkom account. My IS account finds the DNS and says there is internet connectivity, but web pages simply don't load.

Edit: Seems to be back up now.

Experiencing extremely slow internets over here this morning on OpenWeb Standard Uncapped.
