Hi Mr Beep,
Been having quite a bit of trouble with my account in terms of payment. My account is 3 months old and every month Openweb says my debit order fails, my account is de-activated and that I have to do an EFT, which I then immediately do to get it re-activated.
The thing is I have now checked with my bank (FNB) twice and they can not find the debit order loaded on their system. I was on the phone with Openweb support throughout Monday and they confirmed that my debit order was not loaded on their side either. I gave them my banking details again to load the debit order and get it sorted.
Last night I get another mail stating that the debit order has returned unpaid and that I should EFT. I have replied to the mail and phoned support today (around 9am) but apparently the accounts section only communicates via e-mail. I have not heard from them yet.
Is it possible for someone to contact me so I can get this resolved. I'd very much like to avoid getting my account de-activated again.
