I am getting full speed on IS. 384 line, between 38 & 40KB/s, using AstraWeb.

Just to say in the past few days, office hours performance has been excellent. The problems that existed seem to be sorted. Hope it continues. Glad I stuck with the WA account.

Good to hear.
My VB is running very nicely. Only reason I would move back to DSL-H is for online gaming (LoL and Guild Wars), but I'm scared I get that office-hours madness again.
 
With some of the more popular file sharing sites just about made redundant I would imagine the traffic on the networks to be lower than usual....
 
Yeah, I'm lucky if I get 6kb/s on filesharing sites nowadays. On the VB backbone.

Oh well, at least torrents run reasonably okay.

Um no. People just move to other sources.
 
Hi,

Has the issues on DSL Heaven been sorted? I was moved to another network earlier this month and just decided to stay there until DSL Heaven is sorted.

Ran around half speed all weekend. Did e-mail MrBEEP, and said there was a telkom breakage. Still not up to normal speed though...

I thought something must have been wrong. I had an extremely slow weekend.
 
Is anyone else having problems with DSL Heaven accounts? My international is crawling, local is fast though.
 
Yip....slow here too. I must say, this month was the first time I tried DSL Heaven and my experience was a very frustrating one :mad:...I honestly expected more from this account?

Same problem with DSLHeaven. Been moved over to IS for now. Hope it gets fixed soon though.
 
I moved to IS Gold 4mb also.

Afterhours is full speed its crazy, love it.
But anyone using during the day? because i struggle to browse, youtube, not to mention update antivirus or get drivers.
Just want some feedback on IS Gold during business hours.

Just wanted to (again) commend Keoma on his great attitude to customer service. Always friendly, always willing to help when in need (EVEN at 10:30pm...).
