Anyone else having issues with international on IS Gold today?

Download Speed: 33 KBytes/s
Line Speed: 264 kbits/s

Well same as yesterday, 30KBps turned into 106KBps at precisely 5pm
I don't have a problem with shaping, but throttling is fail.

Okay. I only seem to have bad latency to US servers so the problem is probably unrelated.

Good thing I came to check, my DSL-H is also slow this morning, pages do take some time to open up

From what I've seen: WebAfrica and Telkom has international issues. IS is fine.

That's weird, because for me it opens very quickly. Perhaps the problem is located there in Gauteng?

VB seems to have permanent international issues as well. Sites like Gamersgate take about two minutes just to open a single page.

DSL-Heaven = Web Africa.

Has been happening since Thursday - at precisely 8am all intl speeds drop to 30KBps. 5pm, they are back.
This morning it's at 15KBps.

DSL Heaven aka WA seems to be flawless providing you don't hammer the line and get 'shaped' by their FUP. I can only assume the FUP applies to the resold OW accounts.

Mr Beep, could you please confirm whether or not this is the case? Since I too noticed that I had the same problems with DSLHeaven as the guys over at the "Web-Africa-Home-Uncapped-Feedback" thread (Regarding their FUP)
