Openweb uncapped ADSL feedback

I've been having terrible speeds on my standard uncapped 384Kb account. Though the support is always good! My other accounts like telkom and afrihost are all speedy though. So lets hope my issue can get sorted :p But openweb support is truly the best.
 
There is currently a fault on the IS backbone.

It is unclear yet as to the details of the fault, but engineers are investigating.

We will post more info as we get it.
 
Just an update - MrBeep sorted me out, changed backbone, my ADSL is working PERFECTLY again. Seriously great service, thank you so much openweb :)

Is this still in effect? My after-hours uncapped account is still at before 7 pm speeds :(
 
After Hours Uncapped

Nine is running at 20k s well same as office hour speeds :-(

Same as the last 3 posters, 23K speeds after 7PM when I should be getting 400KB + speeds.

I dont understand why IS shapes us?

Why do normal capped accounts not get shaped when there is an "IS Fault"
 
I'm getting 1mbps on my 10mbps uncapped. My mweb account gets 5mbps on 4mbps account. Consistently.
 
Is anyone having problems with openweb uncapped gold connectivity (dslheaven)? was working fine all day and now not connected!

Its either Telkom or Openweb but I cant login remotely to my modem so I cant tell which one it is!

I'm connected to my DSL-H account, no issues on my side. Must be Telkom causing problems in your area. If you can't connect with a backup account then you know definitely that Telkom is to blame ;)
