I can't do a speed test anymore. Has it improved for anyone yet?

Hello,

We are awaiting word from the engineers on the bandwidth re-allocation, and will post an update once this has been done.

I'm trying to log into some games like D3 and WoW but can not....I have not checked DL, but web surfing works On and Off

Aha!

Test conducted on Fri Jun 29 2012 18:17:57 GMT+0200 (South Africa Standard Time)

Download Speed: 3634 kbps (454.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 347 kbps (43.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 213 ms

I hope it stays like this, thanks MrBeeb - you came through for us yet again!

Engineers are however still busy with this, thus it might be on and off for a while.

Yep, thanks just did another one and it was the pits again. Keep us posted though :)

Yea the latency is WoW is unplayable use to get about 200ms, now its not under 1000ms. Sees like, have to wait till they get the repairs done. The only thing working is browsing, rest is very slow

Hey Friends,

We now have Seacom based backup accounts available that our clients can use during the outage.

To claim yours, please email [email protected] with your ADSL username. The accounts will be provided at no extra cost during the outage.

Ticket is still open at the moment...
