Varying between 20 and 50kb/s on newshosts through VB. Getting a bit sick of this. Looks like it is shaping. When I start the DL it jumps to 200kb/s for a few seconds then bam cut down to 15 or so. Strange. Haven't even pulled much this month (Read 2gigs at most?) Youtube streams properly and Speedtest gives me a sold 3.48Mbps. I am running through Newsdemon's SSL server. Any ideas fellars?

I have an account with them, and on Friday I created a new uncapped account. I've been waiting sice then for it to become active. Tried calling the support number but it just rings.

Kept getting annoying Sever Not Found errors on the default VB DNS servers, ipconfig /flushdns was no help so I switched over to Google's Public DNS and everything's perfect

80, 81. Swapping over to 563 (Or whatever it is) seemed to fix it.

oh was going to recommend a non normal ssl port, not sure if newsdeamon supports it

What sort of speeds is everyone getting on 4MB during the day? I'm currently sitting at 75KB/s on Astraweb, VB.
