Paul from Xbox Microsoft Reps called me today, the will facilitate my exchange now personally with MID, they don't know of any issues with MID being liquidated, he said it's rumours . mmm I wonder

lolz yeah litterally been from (hello)peter to paul(xbox) lolz saw that too thought was funny in my current situation...

Although I must say Paul was very very apologetic lolz he said he'll call back today so I am waiting for da call mmm and resolution :rolleyes:

Ah Bernice. I remember her well. She's not very... efficient, let's say to be kind. Do yourself a favour and send Bernice an email every morning to ask for feedback. Try to be polite and understanding, but always copy Paul even when Bernice only replies to you and you respond. She doesn't like copying Microsoft and she responds well when you do. You won't actually hear from her until you do. And yes, she loves ALL CAPS.

Not always :) I find it is often more successful if you make the person on the other end want to help you, as opposed to wanting to NOT help you. People like Bernice who have a natural talent or predilection for inefficiency don't need much incentive to keep on doing what they've been doing and getting away with. They're probably used to people shouting at them. They have no problem shuffling an irate customer to the back of the queue because "they have the power" and they know it. They have little or no control over the events of their own lives and so they are able to do whatever they can to have some control over the events of your life. It's petty pay-back but nonetheless all the more satisfying for the effect it has on you. Being nice actually makes them want to get rid of you that much sooner just so that they can move on to the next customer who'd hopefully provide a little more sport.

anyone know if they have received stock?

apparently stock @ DBN Customs, to be dispatch when they receive and process it. WOnder if they got enough stock of all models, time will tell. Wonder if Bernice will call me back mmm... MI DIGITAL FTL :mad:
 
They told me the same thing about DBN customs - problem is they told me they can't guarantee it'll be released due the announcement ...

MID should change their name to Telkom XBOX360 division, they will fit right in efficiently and all...

nobody's gotten back to me STILL waiting think I shoudl go to HelloPeter AGAIN and then phone the Paul @ Xbox so here I go as before as nothing is still happening....
