Called Microsoft again, OMFG what a waiste of time, they keep on telling me that they apologize for any inconveniences and that the matter has been taken into consideration, BUT I have to contact the local distributer and exchange center. OMFG they useless...
So let me email Bernice again and get a generic no stock answer mmm.

Spoke to Microsoft again, and believe me when I tell you the horror, they told me there is nothing they can do regarding the stock issue as they have no influence with PowerCare and that I have no choice but to go through PowerCare as South Africa's Warranty policy is different to the rest of the world, the rep spoke to his bosses whislt I waited and confirmed it and said I have to go through PowerCare as he is unable to help me, Xbox Customer Support is unable to help me, omFg can u believe this. They got their bucks and now don't give a hoot.

And I got this from 2 call center reps. This is shocking and horrible service, I told them that and they just said sorry, felt like I was on the telephone with Telkom. . .

So, John Press lied to IT Web when he told them that the back-log and stock shortage is now a thing of the past and all should rejoice. No surprise there, but maybe someone should contact the IT Web journalist and let him know that Microsoft pulled a fast one.

Anyway, dude, you couldn't ask for a better person at Microsoft to assist you than Lena. Lena personally facilitated my XBOX replacement and I believe she did everything humanly possible to expadite the process from her end. She is the real star of this drama. Just hang in there: if anyone can make this happen as fast as it can possibly happen, it's Lena.

Dude, while I respect your right to free speech and personally understand your frustration, I'd hate to be the one who published the email addy for only person who has actually been able to help anyone here with any amount of success to the whole world for them to abuse... Bernice deserves to have her email addy pasted all over the place. Lena probably does not. May I ask that you keep it somewhere safe and if someone would like to contact Lena, they can maybe ask you to PM it to them, please?

The stock is due to be delivered to Powercare either today or tomorrow – cannot confirm which day unfortunately. As soon as the stock does arrive Bernice will ship a console to you as we have discussed.



I really do apologise for this inconvenience and hopefully we will have this resolved soon. I am following up with Powercare on a regular basis.

Paul phoned me once from Xbox Customer Service and never again, mmm , and now I am incontact via email with Lena @ Microsoft, but I still have to wait until they get stock... so my complaints didn't help much or assist in the resolve of my complian. Just goes to show the system is currently beyond repair. They need to adopt a better system, or just get Rid of MID (powercare... samething man)

Now tomorrow is friday prob not gonna see anything till next week if there is stock
