So I have a problem, but i'm not sure where it is.
I currently use both Smart TV apps and Xbox apps for viewing content. (Netflix, Youtube and apps for viewing things off a USB drive).
I have one of these connected via the headphone jack on the TV.

The problem I seem to have is that the audio seems to change drastically during different scenes in movies etc, to the point where content goes from nearly inaudible, to blaring massively in things such as gunfights. I wouldn't mind this so much if I was in a house away from neighbours, but unfortunately my lounge wall is right next to my neighbours.
This is the first time I have had semi decent sound (came from a logitech Z211 and before then plain TV speakers) so i'm not sure if this is the speakers or the TV, as I have never had this issue before. I have played with the TV settings, but nothing has helped.
Any suggestions to fix this, or at least minimise it a bit?
EDIT: Oh, I have the B8000 as that's probably quite important
