Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

Also made some frozen samoosas, but were not as good - maybe I'll properly coat them with oil next time

Purchased an XL today from slservices.co.za for R1600 or so, refurbished. I see they have another website 4home.co.za that sells new ones for R2700

Let me know what the refurbished ones look like. Although it will probably be as good as new seeing that most of it can be replaced. I was gonna do that but then thought I'll rather go with the 2 year warranty, R2700.

Sure will do. I'd think it's basically new. The difference in warranty was worth the R1100 less for me. So I hope it lasts lol

Man I have bad luck when it comes to electronics. Thanks also to Eskom with fluctuating electricity. If it wasn't for warranties I will have no nice things in my house.

yes, they seem a bit over-spiced - I haven't been to Kings in a while - will drop by again at their Castle Walk branch - good quality there!

Nope. I bought the best and followed the advice in this thread and reviews that was given to me.

I made some a couple of weeks ago. Supper yummy and crispy!

Other half used @maumau recipe for low carb rolls to make a mini loaf in the airfryer today. Subbed chickpea flour for the psyllium because we didn't have any. Turned out great! Done at 170c for 50 minutes.
