Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

Its the one for R379. Yeah you can make chips, you can actually make anything. I have made pizza, a beef roll with roast potatoes, chicken and beef pregos, bacon, etc etc. It seriously is amazing.
Looks pretty good, how long does it take more or less to roast a chicken in it?

I can't remember exactly, but a chicken you looking at about 30 - 35 minutes? Ive done a lot of full chickens in it and it comes out perfect every time. I don't even use my microwave anymore, this works 10 times better and nothing gets soggy.

Will also go check it out, thanks

Sweet.

how easy is it to clean the logic one ? i think i'll get the logic one as its much cheaper

Piece of cake. Take the bowl section out, dump it into the sink and wash it. Very easy.

NB: DON'T take the lid off and put it down on a plastic or wood surface. It will leave a mark. I put mine on the stove and its fine.

Does this work the same way as the airfryer?

The video won't work for me.

thanks Grimspoom

No worries.

Essentially yes. They both cook by circulating heat, however where I like the Logick is that it has a element that gets really hot and I find it just cooks better. The element sits under the lid and switches on and off periodically depending on the heat setting you have selected. I think the Phillips on the other hand just creates heated air that is then circulated. I wonder if that makes sense.

it does thanks

also saw that one
will probably still go with the logik
Both look very similar in term of specifications:

1200 to 1400 Watt VS 1300 Watt
Both looks like 250 degrees
Both has a 60 minute timer
Both have a 12Lt capacity

But the BAUER has the halogen lamp, wish we had a review of it.

does the logic have a normal oven element?
I would think the normal element would last longer....

The recipe that comes with the machine suggests 45 minutes ... I did a 2kg chicken last week and it wasn't crispy enough to my liking after 45 minutes at 200. Notched it up to 225 for another 15 minutes and it was farking awesome to say the least!
