If you are an MWEB ADSL subscriber, please rate them on performance (speed and latency), support, value for money and overall satisfaction

Please also tell us how MWEB can improve to make you a happier customer.

Excellent, for the past couple months. Receive full speed.

Gave full marks, as for the last couple of months, MWEB's service has been perfect, and my dealings with them have always been good.

For the year and a half I've been with them I have no complaints, home uncapped solution fits my needs 100%.

only thing I would want changed is to have a lower price and possibly triple play with decent content :)

easily the best uncapped in terms of performance. I tried both afrihost and openweb but mweb is definitely better!! in terms of service, i would rate afrihost slightly higher.

I've been with Mweb since the day after they introduced uncapped ADSL. They're awesome. My household clears 200+GB a month easily on a shaped 4MB uncapped account. Average download speed is 450KB/s.

Very happy with their service. Longer retention times on the news server would give them a 5 :)

Does anyone play dota2 with mweb uncapped? How are the pings during the day, sorry if this is in the wrong place.

@rpm--would it be possible to split the assessment...perhaps one poll for performance, another for support, value for money and last for overall satisfaction--these categories are heterogenous so making them into a composite measure may hide some "flaws" or "credits".

Very happy with Mweb. They have quick service times, low latency, high speed downloads on the protocols I use and I am hardly shaped at all.

If we could see a triple play (as mentioned before) offering with Mweb in the future, that would be an option I'd definitely go for.

Gaming performance is also very good. International games very playable (DotA 2 and the likes)

Mweb uncapped 384 great value for money, good speed, and no issues since i joined

love or hate MWEB but they stay the best value for money ISP in the country. and performance and service levels had inproved to a level where you can ask why people even bother with other ISP's.

but the MWEB-guy is the secret weapon. keep up the good work.

So far Mweb is great, if there's something they can improve it is their Wifi Offering , i'd like it to be integrated with my ADSL package (the competition is already doing this) without this silly buying Wifi bandwidth in "minutes" .

I've been on their uncapped which works great, but their capped offerings did not win me over. The boosters (topups) are pretty expensive , and the capped packages themselves can do with an update in pricing and sizes.

Happy with my Mweb 4meg uncapped. Definately best uncapped package, in terms of cost, in the country.
