She's not going to give him access to the kid while she's in prison. She has a legal right to keep the baby with her until age two. She will do everything in a her power to prevent him from having access to the kid.

@Bagook I'd say wait until the kid is born. Get your ducks in a row by going to the maintenance court now already to get advice so that they can remove the baby from her care the moment it is born. You don't want her stressing have a negative effect on the pregnancy.

I never said I was raped. I had a partner try to get herself pregnant without my consent, which I suppose is technically rape now that I'm rethinking it all thanks to this thread. I went off the rails after my ex cheated.

Not if she's in prison due to rape, he will have a very valid reason for custody of the child. But he has to press charges against her first and get her freaking locked up. Male rape doesn't get the press female rape does because guys just don't report it or push for the convictions.

Fortunately the court doesn't care about the hype. But, he needs to press charges now. The longer you wait, especially after bringing it up on a public forum, the harder it is to make a case.

They don't normally, but there is still a stigma. That is first if the child is actually his. But he does urgently need to start pressing charges. There might be other men she's done this too.

Condoms normally contain spermicide, so the sperm normally is killed off. Getting enough out of a jizzed in condom isn't a lot.

Jeezus dude you are turning this on to me now when I commented that I understand what the OP is going through after going through something slightly similar. I'm not the OP! I never said I was drugged either. So now there are two things that I never said, but you randomly pulled out of thin air. I never personally said I was raped (before responding to your previous post where I clarified that it could be considered rape) or drugged.

They don't normally contain spermicide. Spermicide ones are normally not good for other protection so they tend to be special with warmings. A regular condom is just a barrier and a person can harvest the sperm out of it later.

No, look, looks like we'll have to agree to disagree on this. What good is it going to do any of the 3 individuals involved by reporting this now? Having her sent to prison now will do more harm than good.

And remember, this is rape, if he goes to the police today, they'll arrest her immediately, so today still. There's no delay. Unless they can't find her.

Not one person has said it yet. We have a few she must go to prison statements.
But jirre when a guy does this he must be insta castrated.
