WTF do you mean what good is it going to do? So she gets off scot free? No she needs to know there are consequences, this wouldn't happen if it was reversed.
Yes she needs to go to jail now, needs to know that what she did wasn't right. Baby or not, wtf is this the days of yore where pregnancy is a get out of jail free card?

I guess, I see things differently. If it was my kid, I'd want the best for him/her while still prenatal. Who knows what the **** goes on in prison hospitals if our public hospitals are already this bad? Only the kakkest of kak doctors will go work in a prison hospital. And yes, she WILL need to have checkups.

edit: wait, I'm premising my train of thought on the possibility that it's @Bagook's kid...and that now makes me think about the other possibility.

What if it isn't? So I guess it's important to get that paternity test done ASAP and then decide from there. For me, personally, if it's not my kid then I don't give a flying **** about what happens to her.

This isn't the middle ages, she doesn't get special treatment because she's pregnant, and what if it turns out the child isn't his? Also he needs to do it now because she could do it to another person. As I said I love how if this was a male you'd not be saying oh but leave it, because he made her pregnant. But soon as it's a female and there's a child involved it's no leave it till the child is born. Frak that, she needs to go to prison now and pay the consequences, at this point in time it's a foetus.

At this stage it might not even be his kid, the kind of woman who does something like this has probably been around the block a few times. My opinion is she needs to be behind bars like every other criminal out there. Plus in prison you're sure she'll get medical care in case the kid is his.

Doesn't sound like it was consensual as he said without my consent. Also like a female a male has the right to change his mind during or before. If they are forced to continue it can than become rape. Once again why are the rules different for men to women?

The sex may have been consensual, but misrepresenting the circumstances around contraception (i.e. saying there is an IUD or you're on the pill with this not actually being true) can affect the situation.

One may consent to sex but not to becoming a parent. It's just less obvious that your partner is doing it, if you're the man in the situation.
