Problem: Delayed Billing for Contract Data usage for December 2007

INcorrect..Vodacom credited my account by almost R900.00.
I paid R21.00 for Jan. usage.

They fixed my problem to my satisfaction.Im waiting for end of this month though..Will they or wont they ....

You are lucky. I havent been able to get the promised money out of them.
But I must admin there is some progress, a month ago they promised me that it would be resolved in 10 days. In the beggining of this week they promised that it would be resolved the same day. So at least the promised resolved date is coming down.

So hopefully by the end of next week they will tell me it will be resolved in the next few minutes. I'm so excited to get another promise, I can't wait anymore!!!

No, there are no credits showing on my account - only debits as per usual. Vc billed me the full (disputed) amount on March 1. I was told it was too late to reverse that debit order - fair enough. Then the credit would be passed before the next debit order, in other words, the current statement should now reflect a credit - it doesn't. But, if what you say is so, then I should get a pleasant surprise only on April 1st, regardless of what the billing department do or don't decide to actually print on my statement. :confused:

April 1st - Full credit passed on - so effectively paid zip for internet last month. Thanks to vodacom (credit where credit's due) and v3g. (No, not an April fools joke).:) And they even managed to correct my statement! :rolleyes:
