When I checked last night on yr it was something like 20mm in the Cederberg, now it's down to 0.8mm

A series of cold-fronts is likely to brush the SW-Cape during the next 10 days, but the forecasts are (still) very fickle. Further inland should definitely be drier, as most of the rain will be restricted to Cape Town and the Overberg.
I'm still not ready to give any specific numbers, but it will certainly be much colder, after the warmish conditions today (Mon 16th).

Cold fronts start coming thru on Wednesday. Plenty of rain was predicted for the mountains for this week over the weekend, but this morning the predictions were all revised to show the rain further inland in the Northern Cape, Free State and Eastern Cape

We still getting massive amounts of rain up north.
I too am of the opinion that season have shifted a couple of weeks. It should be dry and dull in Gauteng already. Yet, we still seem to be having Summer here.

My vehicle was washed last year sometime...
Not holding breath for rain... its already late, all it does is threaten with high AF humidity, and then the next day its hot again.
