Rain billing issues

Greetings

I recently cancelled my off peak 4g unlimited rain service. However I now have a bill for an additional 5peak gigs and what's worse is not it's been upped to 10 off peak gigs. I can neither adjust my limit on their site let alone get through to thier call center since all my air time is not depleted.

I get no response on the numerous emails I sent.

please help anyone.

Have you tried their online support chat on their website?

I saw Waylander posting something about a similar issue:

Ask to speak to Yusha at billing - he seems competent enough to sort out issues the other agents can't
