Rain Mobile Feedback Thread

So I have 2 profiles that I ordered 1 simcard on each because I wanted a different delivery address. So now one of my profiles has been deleted and I can not log in at all even if I reset the password I can't log in. :confused:

I've been having this same problem. Since the weekend I cannot login. My query to Rain Support has been escalated 3 times with no solution. Last night I received an email advising that my request has been resolved. Can you believe it? They close tickets while problems still hasn't been resolved.

I queried them on that email and got the following response.

Thank you for contacting rain.

We were notified we currently do have a challenge accessing the website.We apologize for the inconvenience.

Kindly note Sage ESS is still down so all users will experience login issues when trying to access the site.
The I.T. Service Desk is aware of the problem and it has been escalated to the Service Provider.
Thank you for your patience and co-operation.
 
For me one profile works and it shows June is on us.

Other profile can't be logged into but sim still works.... so yeah will see what happens. If it's not sorted by 15th July it will be a problem because that is when the free days end.

I can't login but sims working 125%.
 
ok so some further testing with external antenna - the big poynting xpol 006 I believe.

B315 shows very good signal stats.

b618 seems to be losing something through the adaptors. Or does it just calc the SINR value differently?

Speedtests are the same 40 down and about 18 up.
 
What is the link for Rain Dashboard, I can't seem to find it on the Site:-(

(Edit)Sorry I got it sorted, had to log out and in again.

So took the sim on a field trip. Coverage is real spotty on the KZN South Coast - so for now will work well as a fixed line connection but absolutely no go for mobile unless they sign a roaming agreement.
 
They can't activate my sim and they don't know why, just every day they so call escalate this to somewhere and nada. On the bright side I can login to the dashboard, but there is nothing there besides an invoice. :(
 
I lost all international 10 minutes ago - all international browsing requests were forwarded to rain.co.za

I have switched back to my Telkom sim as I am running the office off the router in question
 
Lost all signal on two Rain SIMs, and no data throughput on them now - but signal is back.

We are looking into this.
