What irritates me is that they continue to take new orders while many people have been waiting more than a week. Also that these new orders have been delivered already.

This, many people who ordered after me have received their SIMS. i ordered on the 14th and nothing, i tweeted them yesterday no response yet.

They probably handed RAM a truck load of SIMs and then just instructed them where to deliver.

I received my SIMs from Sendr a week late. They then took 4 days to activate them. On Monday past RAM delivered 4 more SIMS and took the Rica docs from my wife. None of these SIMS work...... I wanted to order another SIM plus P20 Lite phone but wont chance it.

I'm cancelling and asking for a refund, as they promised on the 18th that it is with RAM. Just waiting to get from number 60 to 1 in the queue.

I needed the SIM for the past two weeks (to test) and would decide if I still want to continue with Rain as my main data provider. I would rather pay more for Telkom Mobile and know what I'm getting (and where I have coverage).

Well seems we all getting the same Rain run around now, boring part is someone orders today and they get it tomorrow

I don't want their nonsense anymore. The thing that angers me is that those of us that ordered first (and chose a time) aren't getting our SIMs when we asked for them but people that order later get them before us.

I would have not ordered if I knew that it would be "some day, any time we choose", as I could not guarantee that I would be available in one place all day. I've wasted enough hours waiting for support and enough time hoping for delivery.

They were quick to reply on Twitter when they killed off my first order, now, 5 days after re-ordering, they have not replied to my 20hr old tweet asking for a tracking number. Here we go, round 2 of disappointment for me...

Finally SIM was delivered, RICA documents handed to courier. This was 3 days ago. Waited 24 hrs for SIM to be activated and nada. Seems like delivery is not the only teething problems Rain has. Spent last 2 days trying to get someone at Rain to assist, emails not answered and online non-support- well enough said about the messed up support system. Tried Twitter an hour ago maybe I get lucky this time. But I doubt it.

We are also still waiting for SIMs to be delivered which were ordered on the day of launch. Looks like there are some orders in limbo when Rain switched from Sendr to RAM.

Maybe the CEO can comment on the ongoing delivery issues and the fact that online support does not know the tracking numbers and so can not be of any help. Would be nice if they were honest with us and explained exactly what they are doing to sort this mess out.
