Hmm spoke with that same dolt yesterday morn who told me that my delivery had been escalated for rescheduled as well...promised to be in contact with the details. Nothing. Good luck anyway, after 4 chat attempts I've given up with these pr*cks.
p.s they've double billed me as well for nothing received and not heard back from them about that either.

Removed my previous post containing screenshots of the live chat.
Summary : Contacted Rain via Live chat at 8.Spoke to someone on there at 8:30 when I was 3rd in the queue when I started.
Got a tracking number for Sendr,called them.
Got a call back saying that it should be delivered between 12:00-14:00 today.
Will update after 14:00

From the feedback I've read so far looks like order no. has nothing to do with delivery date/time.
More like location and luck of the draw.
Some orders in low 100s still haven't been delivered.
FWIW though, mine is 1603 i think

We are still waiting for another package. Ordered on Wednesday, and was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It contains devices, which may add to the delay.

Its now 13:30, no sign of the Courier nor a peep from them.
I unfortunately need to leave after 2 today,so I wont hold my breath

Finally got mine. A day later than I booked.
There will other getting their's today in the tablebay/milnerton area, I know this because the delivery guy asked me directions for the rest of his deliveries.

UPDATE: Motorbike Courier made delivery at 15h15. Only after he left did I realise he only gave me 1 sim (I ordered 3) and the device. At 15h30 another courier arrived with 3 sims and another device for me. So now I sit with 2 devices and 4 sims! Waiting for first sim to activate....

Hahaha I said it in one of my earlier posts - Disaster waiting to happen in a pressurized slow cooker. It's like whoever is close will pass by and depending on how persistant you have been and how many drivers they have arranged to deliver to you - expect to open your own mini mobile cellular shop from all the free devices and sims. I could have gotten another sim but it was late and i couldn't be bothered to go out and rica in darkness once again.
Order 1443 - no delivery yet , no useful feedback to my e-mails , I'm disgusted with this type of service. As for me calling the helpline/support number . Either answer within one minute or shut that circus up. This is supposed to be a affordable option but no way will I spend airtime to wait for someone to pick up. BTW , anyone here that is into collecting stamps ? May I forward you some Rain Complaint reference numbers ? Maybe one day they will be of historic interest.
FINALLY GOT MY ORDER... just saying they pitched up at my house without warning and the dashboard on the rain website also doesn’t say in transit so I guess you never really know when they are actually going to deliver... now to wait for my sim to be activated... wonder how long this will take

So the driver contacted me,apologized for the inconvenience thus far.
He told me he could be at my workplace this afternoon but I explained I had to leave.
He said he'll inform dispatch and contact me back.
When he called he said if its on route he would be able to drop at my home address but i'd need to update I with Rain so that Sendr has it on record.
Currently waiting for him at home

Cant say i'm really impressed with rain,but at least in my case there are individuals making an effort to uphold a promise they didn't even make to me

2-24 hours. In some cases upto 48hours,but if you can, pop it in the device and wait for the SMS

Delivery system is trash
I'm order 1191, I ordered it for the 9th and obviously they didn't show. Got a message on Sunday saying it would arrive within the next two hours so I had to rush back home and boom. Nothing. Spoke to their support and they said they rescheduled my delivery for the fricking 19th of June. A full week from now
