Never seen or heard of them around these parts. Will be interesting to see who eventually rocks up with the sims, and in your case, mifi
 
I've had 3 no-show deliveries so far. Really unprofessional for them to keep giving out delivery time slots only to not show up.

Ah, so that explains why I could get through :p

Every time I call, the person was busy and would call me back in 10 minutes.

So after I was garanteed a delivery time for tomorrow morning, I DMed Rain on twitter and they said delivery will be for the 18th. :mad:

11 days after the date of order!!! When setting the expectation for the next day. Very poor form. It is not as the SMS stated "slight delay".

Yip. Ordered on Saturday, just get an error when I go to account details. As per Twitter it will be resolved sometime in the week.

So holding my breath worked - Got my sim eventually - Rica process took less than 2 mins and I was done. Inserted sim into mifi but i had no network for about 15mins - I then restarted router and I had access to network. Dashboard is updated and says delivered.

*Strange thing happened though - about an hour after getting my sim I got a call from a sendr delivery guy saying he is at the meetup place to deliver my sim. I was confused as I had already received my sim. In as much as I want another sim I figured to sort it out will be a hassle so I just said I am sorted already.

Seems like they have alot of sims and the guy that is near you will deliver it. Should you however make some calls and it get passed on to a nearer delivery guy then you will have a team of people doing duplicate rounds all over the city and deliveries not happening.

My advice to anyone that has been promised a date - Dont contact rain but sendr directly and find out when they will deliver. Then if you are lucky the guy near you will pass by and you wont have to wait weeks for a sim and extractor thingy.

It's probably on purpose. I think they are waiting for the first adopters 15 day free unlimited to run out.
