You may need to log into the router with E5186 Toolbox and change the bands in the section which writes to the API on the router.

Networkmode I set to 03 So it only connects to 4G
NetworkBand I set to 3FFFFFFF so it connect to any band as specified
LTEBand I have set to 8000000000 as my current sim is on telkom and that denotes the 2300Mhz spectrum. So you would use 2000000000 for 2600Mhz for example.

Nah won't waste more time and money calling , thanks.

Sitting on RAIN "live" chat right now waiting...for last hour...for someone or a bot to pick up...to confirm my rescheduled delivery, as i've received nothing since their useless sms Friday morning confirming my delivery which came and went...

Strange, I got a call back from Sendr within 20 minutes or so, they wanted to confirm a couple of details. Then was only on the chat with Rain for about 20 minutes until I got through to someone, had a ten minute chat to them and the rescheduled for between 12 and 2 today. Was friendly with them and they appropriated it, told me it has been very hectic.

Will update if I receive it as scheduled.

I'm order 299. Delivery was set for Friday 8-9. Received an SMS from sender at about 11am to say that my order will be delivered on Friday no time included. Phoned rain and they escallated it. Guess what still nothing.

I was order 885 and got my delvery but delivery was incomplete cause when they wanted to Rica the sim their system gave an "ID mismatch" and yet I have rica`D before with no hassles. Awaiting feedback from support after contacting them. Has anyone else had this issue?

When my card was delivered Friday night it also gave "ID mismatch" 2 times. The driver just scanned it again and it was fine

-> escalated on Twitter. Rain apologized due to high volumes - requested DM with personal details. Sent

Order no 500 something.

Delivery was supposed to take place Fri - NOTHING
E-mail claiming that R120 delivery fee is on them !
Received sms on SAT and rescheduled for today between 8-10 am - NOTHING

Order 156 - Still nothing
Waited my 80 spots in the chat line and was just told that they will escalate it. They are avoiding any direct questions to when the deliveries can be expected.
I understand they are now suddenly " unexpectedly " overwhelmed by requests but at-least tell people it will or wont be delivered anytime soon.

I was delayed till today and have just been told only tomorrow now! Utter BS for someone who was order number 250 that is why I ordered early so that I would receive my Router early.

If It isn't hear tomorrow they had better have someone on hand to refund me immidiately none of this oh you must wait 7 days BS...

So 12:00 - 14:00 has come and gone...and it seems the weather forecast was again wrong, first no rain between 16:00 and 17:00 on Friday, then again 9:00 - 10:00 this morning and now again 12:00 - 14:00 no Rain.

Seems to be a drought going on here.

No fuss at all, didn't even bother asking for proof of residence, was done in 5 minutes

Okay. So here goes. Bombarded sendr with calls. Became an absolute inconvenience for them and received a call to say that the aim is on its way. The person also gave me the driver's number . Contacted him and he is on his way to me from town. +- 30 mins from now.

Will let you guys know when he pitches. CPT.

Courier phoned me, was suppose to have my sim card at 9am today.

I called Sendr to find out where my package was. Some retard answered and the more I state that I'm in Bellville, the more he repeats "Mellville". Eventually he managed to get it right, took down my number and promised to call me back within 5 minutes after he'd located where my package is.

I'm not holding my breath.

Ordered Friday for delivery today after 4pm, received it about 2 hours ago. But are these sims not activated? Cause my B315 is giving me a no service error message. Courier took a picture of my ID and utility bill for RICA. Order no 2277
