Rain Mobile SIM Deliveries

Sim card finally delivered via RAM. Took them about 2 business days.
Sendr kept rescheduling and never showed up.

Mine is the same, just did the online chat. Got this, after they verified they can see my payment.

The sims have been dispatched to Ram and are being delivered, we were advised that the turn around time will be 3 working days,Up until this correspondence is installed we cannot at the moment track orders individually, however as soon as we have completed the correspondence process only then will we be able to track orders again. Ram will contact you before delivery to alienate any form of inconvenience for the customers.

So I just placed a new order after my refund reflected. Order number 65xx. Let the waiting begin again

Will offer you some coffee while we both wait patiently for the sim cards / device to be delivered.... Their dashboard is too buggy especially when placing an order successfully no email confirmation is sent but one is able to view it under accounts/dashboard area.

At least you have an order number, my first try yielded a blank orders page, and after waiting in the chat queue i got told they can't track it individually, and i must wait for ram to contact me.

I'll probably be waiting for nothing only to get a refund later on then have to wait again.
 
I had my ID book in the office safe for a week for the first order, which came to nought...
 
So I just got my order....

of which was supposed to be:
SIM 1 one plan. unlimited off peak
SIM 2 one plan. pay as you use

But I have 4 sim cards :confused:

Just number 63 in the queue.

SIMs activated. Can definitely recommend using Twitter to get them activated.

Courier arrived out of the blue with another sim card, only ever ordered one which i received last week already.
 
First order cancelled. Now with second the delivery timing info has been removed from site. On site chat could only say they have escalated.

Not impressed!

Ja meneer :love: , am flying up to jhb so what better time to do 100+ speed tests before and after flying :D. I figured that time all these delivery issues would be resolved so not gonna contact them again unless i get itchy for some rain.

/order not on page so assuming will be with RAM next month or may arrive before lol. [ordered 6th which was a no show].
 
So I order a sim and MIFI. Friday RAM rocked up with just the SIM. Now today they rocked up again with the router and another SIM :p

Well interesting to see if the new SIM will get activated too.

I guess I need to get my ID book back into the office safe seeing as though they may just randomly rock up with my 2nd attempted order
