I received an sms saying "slight delay" this morning at around 10:49am. but it has no times in it. It just says it is scheduled to be delivered today (it's 3:10pm already..) not sure if it's going to happen before 5pm.

Ye dudes... 5pm came and gone... (i put my work address up for delivery.. cause i chose 8am to 9am.. cause thats where i was during that time.) Now.. i dunno whats going on. Cause the sms said delivery is for today, and my online chat with rain @ 2pm said.. yes it will be delivered today..

5pm and nothing..

Delivery supposedly btwn 10-12 today, but I already had my doubts when ordering late last night that allowed me to choose any time slot for the very next day!

I was willing to be patient, even after I received an sms this afternoon but didn't hold out much hope.

Now, as I suspected, their entire launch is a total disaster.
Couldn't even get that right.

Another SA ISP with big mouth and no balls....

I think most of us gave our work addresses because, you know, Rain, that's where we are during the DAY TIME! Telling me now that you will deliver on Sunday is ludicrous, no way I'm going to drive 20k's on a Sunday when security calls me (and they will, they have all our numbers for emergencies) is just stupid.

You had ONE job...

Also had my work address there. Just talked with Rain and they say my delivery is rescheduled for tomorrow 3/4pm. Now I have to go and wait there. If they reschedule again on me or tell me that they are out of stock then that would be the end of it for me.

I had to wait after work for the guy from sendr to show up with his bike... I blame Sendr 100% for this messup. They bitten off more than they can chew and probably assured Rain they can handle the volumes...

My delivery was due today but they gave me a call this evening and gave me an option of delivery on Sunday morning and changed the delivery to my home address for me. Lets see what happens ...

I called Rain to confirm delivery at the 3pm-4pm window, called at 3:30pm.

Got re-scheduled for Saturday during the 12pm - 2pm window.

They did ask that I must call if the courier does not arrive by 12:30pm

I'm number 1117.

Ye... they are useless. They keep wanting to change my delivery date to even further.. the more you complain.. the further it goes.

First it was yesterday morning.. i went onto online chat.. it became "somewhere today". Then at 6pm last night it became 4-6pm no saturday. This morning it became... no the 11th at 2pm..

Yes. I got a sms yesterday saying courier is in route and should arrive in 2 hours. I decided to call sendr and he said sorry need to reschedule delivery because they had issues. So he asks for my home address. I'm like wait you did not even ask for my order number name or surname how do you know which order I'm talking about. He kept quiet a bit and then hung up the phone.

I waited for about 1 hour after work before the guy on the bike showed up. Sendr is the most useless company I've seen. Wow Rain should honestly use RAM instead... RAM has never let me down with time sensitive deliveries ever. And the fact that Rain charged R120 for delivery too they might as well have used RAM.

I am not impressed with the speed. Not getting 4G+ on my phone... Could that be because I am far from a tower?
