RAIN unusable at night

I have seen this a couple of times. Just after midnight all hell breaks out.

Cant play online.

So this was my official reply after a long back and forth with an Afrihost consultant.

I was given the test signal in different locations, I had to send Speedtest results showing how the speeds differ between peak times and off peak times, had to change setting on routers which had no effects.

Here is the conclusion:

"There is no ETA and if you not getting the speeds right then you don't have a choice but to check for another product that wont be an issue like RAIN."

(ETA referring to when Rain will sort out the congestion issue)

So there you have it. Either keep on paying and wait it out for Months/years or leave.

Well, I will be cancelling with Afrihost this month as I don't think it makes any economical sense to pay for a service that is unusable and if the service provider tell you to leave, then I will leave.
