Rain users are angry - Here is why

Rain has been sliding down the South African ISP rankings and is now rated as one of the worst Internet service providers in the country.

This decline is significant if you consider that Rain is a consumer champion which brought affordable uncapped mobile data products to consumers.

Friend of mine doesn't even get 2 Mbps download and 0.2 upload....

When they first got it, it was awesome.

Please explain to me how load balancing works. I have ADSL but the upload is rubbish. So want to use MTN or Telkom for uploads.

Also new to it. But I bought a TP-LINK load balancing router. Works really well. You can load balance ADSL or whatever.

Well I was super impressed with 5G until last week when speeds dropped off a cliff. Now getting LTE speeds with zero explanation as to the cause.
