Try calling the helpdesk, 087 720 7200.Welp, still no response from iBurst, I logged into my iBurst account and logged a support request there as well. No response at all.
Having an iBurst related issue.
I have a decent-ish connection from my old desktop modem, but I am struggling with https requests which just time out. Open the twitter page no problem, fill in my log in and then https://twitter.com times out.
Same with https://www.facebook.com and https://dropbox.com and https://lastpass.com among a myriad others.
I have emailed iBurst yesterday - no response, tweeted them an hour and a half ago, no response.
Any other users in the CPT/Gordonsbay area having an issue with https specifically? The ONLY https site that works for me atm is gmail.
I even sent them a host lookup to prove that I can resolve the hosts in question and a tracepath showing the timeouts.
Any iBurst people on the forum who can help or at least say "Yes we have an issue in CPT area" since the website does not show anything.
There seems to be issues when downloading from torrents, seems a variety of ports are now closed

It has now taken me aprox. 2 hours to look online if there are any known current issues and try and post this message.
Since yesterday afternoon, my data throughput is close to non-existent.
Everything seems to time-out halfway through the load of a page.
Ping seems relatively fine:
