Returning my Takealot order - An awesome experience

Have also returned orders and got refund successfully and without issue on various occasions.

Currently waiting for a product for almost a month, although the waiting period was shown on checkout. Just think Takealot should not allow for suppliers to take so long to deliver an item to their warehouse.

Loot in my experience have so far delivered very quickly. Even Bangood, ordering from China get here faster than Takealot 3rd party seller.

Something they can work on
 
I hate that i have to return items so often, however it is quite an easy process.
The last one we did the defective item was replaced on delivery!! You read that correctly.. they brought the replacement item as they collected the defective one. Maybe because it was the 2nd return of said item.

I believe that in order to list and sell on Takalot, the supplier are supposed to keep atleast 20K worth of stock in the warehouse of takealot regardless the value of the actual item
 
Returning to Loot was quick and painless. I don't see why service as it should be has to be praised.
 
I wish Takealot returns were as efficient for me.
Returned Cannon Printer on 5th Jan 2020 still within 12 month warranty period. They sent it back to supplier. Still waiting on feedback.
Now when I need the printer most when school started...

It would be fair comment if the article didn't match reality, but in this case, other customers (including myself) have had the same good experience and thus prove the claim in the article.

I would agree that a fair number of articles on MYBB shows a distinct difference between headline and content, and some should actually be classified as Partner Content.

+1 to this,surprisingly great returns processes for the times i've had to do it,was quite surprised
 
I had to return a Scotch (Laphroaig Quarter Cask) that I ordered on Black Friday, got it on the following Monday, put it aside (didnt open the box) and on Friday discovered that it was leaking , side of the box was soggy and I could smell the whiskey <3 , I let them know via the app at 08:00 AM, got a reply from them at 08:15 AM that they are sending a replacement and will collect the old one, got a replacement on Monday that week and they took the old box.

Fantastic service :)

Only issue that I've had is when I've returned an item to their Collection Points. The lady scanned and I signed and then... nothing. 3 days went by where it still said "awaiting drop off at collection point" and at that point I contacted them.

The next day my account was credited.

I don't simply walk by a mugging while it's taking place...I do something about it.
 
Takealot definitely focuses on making their customers happy. They deliver quickly & returns are always easy & hassle-free. They've become my new go-to online store. They also stock almost anything you may desire.

You mean 3rd parties stock everything? I haven't seen TAL stock anything I want in the last few years.
