In a perfect world, but the only app that does that in SA, is DSTV sorta

- open app of choice - please, please, please provide me with the names of the relevant apps so that I can do this

- navigate to game of choice - again, please provide links to the h/w and s/w that enables me to do this

No worries of internet being down or slow, the few times we've had vumatel issues I've been glad to still have dstv
 
With more choice it's the start of the end of the road for them. SA's own Kodak!

Lol, "siege" implies that DStv are putting up some sort of fight. Which they didn't. They stood atop the walls telling the peasants to stfu and be happy with what they get while increasing taxes. They were so comfortable and complacent in their taxing of the poor they forgot to close the gates and the "enemy" just wandered in and set up shop, treating the people more like customers and less like peasants.

Why? Surely the direct net is easier / faster / more reliable? Do the side services like Netflix even work as well, and surely you can't access non-SA Netflix?

By the time they try a sports only package and we know the day this happens we will all fall out of seats.

Thing is.. Like it or not we need dstv.. Where else are we gonna get this variety of sports option.. Definitely not the sabc
